I captured this video a couple of weeks ago. As far as we can tell, all of Elliott's personality and ability is captured in this little vignette. This was a day or two after we bought the wagon, and the two of us were taking it to the park. Halfway there, he decided he'd rather walk with the wagon than ride in it; this was taken soon after, when he decided to try pushing it (up a slight incline). He's big and strong and a fairly steady walker. He is enthusiastic; also, naughty. Watch the video all the way, paying attention to the direction of his gaze at the end.
Could you say no to this face??
Another beautiful day at the zoo
Today we bought a used treadmill from a departing friend. Elliott had to try it out...
Maybe this will improve his coordination? His walking speed? Tire him out?
Here is a photo of a photo... Dan and Elliott asleep with their faces touching. Awwww
As I chased Elliott down the sidewalk this morning, it occured to me just how much of a walking difference we see in just one month. He grabbed the neighbor's (toy) watering can, and sprinted off. He walks almost exclusively now, with great confidence if not great stability.
